Hi there!  I am a Cajun who lives in Alabama.  Occasionally I feel the need to make my views on the topics of our times available to the rest of the world, though I am not at all sure anyone else cares.  If you have found this page and decide to read some of my comments, feel free to leave replies if you wish.  I will not delete replies unless they contain profanity and/or attack people rather than their ideas. 

Update:  Unfortunately, based on recent experience I have to add another condition.  I will not tolerate spam on this site.  Any comments which appear to have as their only objective to post back links to commercial webpages on this on this blog will be categorically rejected.  Web vermin must be eradicated.
